TERMS OF SERVICE – RACCOON PRINTS

1. OWNERSHIP OF DESIGNS: All creative design variations, graphic layouts, and digital mockups generated by Raccoon Prints using design software (including Ideogram, Canva, and PicsArt) remain our exclusive intellectual property until the order is fully paid for and fulfilled. 

2. BUILD-IN-PUBLIC STREAMING: We operate as a live, build-in-public print studio. By requesting an open-ended mockup design or purchasing apparel from our store, you acknowledge and agree that the creative production process—including formatting your files and heat-pressing your garments live on camera by Rawgii—may be publicly broadcasted on our Facebook Live and social media channels for promotional purposes.

3. ARTWORK CLARITY & ART DESIGN VERIFICATION
At Raccoon Prints, we do not print blurry graphics blindly. Every uploaded asset or concept description undergoes a strict design check. We utilize advanced AI concept generation, digital vector formatting, and high-resolution upscaling pipelines to transform your visual concepts into a clean, high-resolution digital layout proof. 

While we execute professional adjustments to clean up rough vector parameters, the final print quality is directly dependent on the visual structure approved by the customer during the digital proof verification window. Once a customer reviews and officially signs off on our generated digital mockup proof, Raccoon Prints is explicitly cleared of any liability regarding pixelation, typographic errors, or color variations present in the customer-approved file. 

4. DIGITAL PROOF APPROVAL TIMELINE
To maintain our fast weekly batch delivery guarantees, Raccoon Prints requires quick communication. We will send a high-resolution digital layout proof of your Ideogram design variation to your provided email address. 

Customers have exactly 24 hours from the time the proof is sent to reply with their official approval or requested changes. If no response or adjustment request is received within 24 hours, the design will be considered automatically approved and queued immediately for our next Polar Transfer printing batch. No refunds or free alterations will be issued after the file is sent to print.
