Refund policy

Because every single garment at Raccoon Prints is entirely custom-made, permanently printed to your specific color/size selections, and features your unique custom Image, design or logo upload, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

We cannot offer refunds, returns, or size exchanges for customer ordering errors. Please double-check your sizing specifications against our retail charts before submitting your order.

EXCEPTIONS: If there is an explicit manufacturing defect with the fabric garment itself, or a clear printing layout mistake on our end, please notify us via email at info@raccoonprints.ca within 72 hours of receiving your order with clear photographic evidence. We will gladly reprint and replace your item immediately at zero extra cost.
