3. TAXATION & CANADIAN SALES TAX (HST)
All transactions, retail custom orders, and bulk corporate apparel invoicing processed through raccoonprints.ca are subject to applicable federal and provincial Canadian taxes. In accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines, local Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 13% will be calculated and added at checkout where applicable.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Raccoon Prints provides custom garment decoration services using Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers and commercial heat-pressing. While we guarantee high-durability print production, Raccoon Prints shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, wear, or washing modifications of our physical products.
